More About J. Mark Robinette

Mark Robinette is a native Arkansan born in Little Rock, Arkansas in 1974.  He graduated Jonesboro High School in 1992, graduated from Lyon College with a bachelor of science degree in 1996, and Auburn University with a Master of Science degree in 1999.  He worked as fisheries biologist, statistical analyst, and IT manager both prior to and during his attendance of law school at night from 2002 to 2006 at the William H. Bowen School of Law where he graduated with honors.  In 2006, he began his law practice with the former Perkins & Trotter law firm in Little Rock, Arkansas.  Mr. Robinette quickly became a sought after writer and speaker on Arkansas oil and gas law during the formative years of the Fayetteville Shale Play in Eastern and North Central Arkansas.  He began his own law firm in 2011 practicing oil and gas law, probate law, real estate law, creditor law, divorce, and personal injury/wrongful death law.  Mr. Robinette does trial work in all of these areas of practice and transactional work in oil and gas, probate, and real estate law.  Among Mr. Robinette’s clients are the largest oil producer in Arkansas, largest gas producer in Arkansas, and some of the largest landowners in Arkansas.  He represents banks, farmers, ranchers, forestry firms, investors, professionals, partnerships, LLCs, corporations, and of course, regular folks with legal problems.

In litigation, negotiations, and transactions, quality information is crucial.  Mark knows where to look to find the best information to represent his clients.  Whether this information is legal knowledge or data about an opposing party or prospective asset, Mark goes the extra mile to find out what you need to know to protect your interests.
