GREGORY CABO PRACTICES IN THE AREAS OF: Family Law, including divorce, legal separation, nullity, dissolution of a domestic partnership, paternity, child custody and child visitation, prenuptial agreements, pre-divorce planning, enforcement and modification of court orders and judgments, Department of Child Support Services cases, and restraining orders under the Domestic Violence Prevention Act; Probate, including estate and trust administration, probate litigation, trust litigation, wills and trusts challenges, conservatorships, guardianships, financial elder abuse claims, and probate related property law, corporations law and contract law issues. 

    Estate Planning, including wills, trusts, special needs trusts, revocable and irrevocable trusts, durable power of attorney and advance health care directives (living wills), and related property law, corporations law and contract law issues. Attorney Gregory Cabo received his B.A. degree from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles, California. He received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Chapman University School of Law, Orange, California, where he served as an editor for the Chapman Law Review and received the Dean’s Award in legal ethics. 

    He also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Robert M. Takasugi, United States District Court, Central District, Los Angeles, California. Attorney Gregory Cabo has served as an adjunct professor on the faculty of Western State University College of Law, Fullerton, California having taught classes on lawyering skills, legal research, legal writing and the drafting of estate planning documents. He currently serves as an instructor for the Judge Robert M. Takasugi Pro Bono Bar Review, teaching California Wills and California Trusts Law to law students studying for the California Bar Exam and is a certified arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau. Attorney Gregory Cabo is a member of the Family Law and the Wills and Trusts Sections of the State Bar of California, the Family Law and Probate Sections of the Orange County Bar Association, and the Family Law and Probate Sections of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in all California Superior Courts and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
