Attorney David W. Heinlein concentrates his practice at Heinlein Beeler Mingace & Heineman, P.C., on representing those who have been injured through the fault of others. Attorney Heinlein began his legal practice working in the area of insurance defense with a number of prominent Boston firms, including Morrison, Mahoney & Miller.

Prior to founding Heinlein Beeler Mingace & Heineman, P.C., in 2015, he had been a principal in the firms of Heinlein & Beeler, P.C. and Mitchell, Heinlein & DeSimone.
Since beginning his law practice in 1987, Attorney Heinlein has represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants in various types of cases in the State and Federal Courts. Currently, his practice includes representing personal injury plaintiffs in construction site, negligence, worker's compensation, automobile accident, products liability, medical and nursing home negligence, whistle blower, and civil rights cases.
