Ms. Santoro received her Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine. Her interest in intellectual property began there where she developed a year-long thesis examining the effect of science literacy among judges and attorneys in patent litigation. She went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from Chapman University, Fowler School of Law where she served as a two-term president of the Intellectual Property Law Society and competed as a member of the mock trial team
