Shane Kamkari, founder and managing attorney, received his BA in Government and Politics – International Relations from the University of Maryland College Park and his law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles (1997).
As a practicing attorney since 1998, he is a member of the Bar in Maryland and Washington, DC, and is further admitted to practice before The US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, The US District Court for the District of Maryland.
Shane has represented clients in high-stake family law cases including divorce cases that include division of marital property and alimony as well as highly contentious custody cases that included cross-state custody cases that involved abducting a minor child, child support, and visitation.
