Rusty Graf is the Litigation Department Chair at Black & Wadhams. 

Rusty is an A-V rated attorney and practices primarily in the areas of Real Estate transactions and Commercial Litigation.  He has been licensed to practice in the State of Nevada for 22 years. Mr. Graf began his legal career as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Joseph Pavlikowski, Eighth Judicial District Court from 1996 to 1997, and to the Honorable Nancy A. Becker, Eighth Judicial District Court from 1997 to 1998.  

Mr. Graf practices in the State, Federal, and Administrative Courts in Nevada.  Mr. Graf has litigated over 27 jury trials to verdict as both plaintiff and defense counsel.  While at Black & Wadhams, Mr. Graf practices in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Construction Litigation, Cannabis Law, Real Estate and Business Transactions, and Personal Injury Litigation. 

Mr. Graf is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, the Las Vegas Defense Lawyers, and the Defense Research Institute (DRI).  Currently, Mr. Graf serves as a Board Member of the Las Vegas Defense Lawyers and the State Bar of Nevada’s Standing Committee on Ethics. He is a mediator/arbitrator for the State Bar’s Fee Dispute Panel.  Mr. Graf has been an Arbitrator for the Mandatory Arbitration Program of the Eighth Judicial District Court for over eight (8) years. Mr. Graf obtained a B.S.B.A. from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.  

Thereafter, he received his Juris Doctorate from Seattle University (previously the University of Puget Sound) School of Law.  Mr. Graf has served on the board of several non-profit organizations including Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
