Throughout his career, Attorney Joseph Paulozzi has helped thousands of Ohio residents obtain significant compensation for car, truck, and motorcycle accident injuries, dog bites, slip and fall injuries, nursing home neglect, wrongful death, and medical malpractice. He has settled several million-dollar cases for clients and their respective family members. Joe was named a Super Lawyer for 2019, 2020, and 2021 and is a Million Dollar Advocates Forum member. He is also a member of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers and has achieved a “Superb” (10/10) rating from AVVO. Attorney Paulozzi is a member of the Ohio Association for Justice (OAJ) and the Ohio State Bar Association. He was recently recognized as a “Top Attorney in Cleveland and Columbus” by Cleveland Magazine for 2019 and is also a member of the Cuyahoga Valley Chamber of Commerce.
Attorney Paulozzi is admitted to practice in all of the courts in the State of Ohio and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Joe’s practice has been dedicated exclusively to the rights of the injured since he passed the bar exam and has represented clients throughout Ohio.
Mr. Paulozzi was born and raised in Cleveland and graduated from St. Ignatius High School. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from John Carroll University and then his Master’s Degree from the Levin College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University. He was admitted into Mensa, the High IQ Society at that time. Mr. Paulozzi earned his Juris Doctorate from the College of Law at Cleveland-Marshall with distinction, including top accolades in trial advocacy and appellate court practice. After graduating, Joe was hired by the late Jerry Milano, one of the country's preeminent trial and litigation attorneys, until he left to start his law practice. Attorney Paulozzi’s firm has earned an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau.
Joe and his wife, Olya, have three children and a " Honey " rescue dog. He enjoys traveling to new cities and countries and hiking outdoors in his free time. Joe is a movie buff and always takes advantage of an opportunity to play some casual ultimate frisbee. He is also an amateur artist, plays the piano, and loves classic rock.
