Focused on personal injury cases
Michael is an industrious civil litigator with his primary concentration being personal injury and criminal law. His personal injury practice includes, but is not limited to, auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, tractor trailer accidents, slip and fall accidents, construction accidents, and workers compensation. Specifically, Michael work to ensure that his clients get the maximum compensation possible for the injuries they have received. He does this by constantly monitoring his files, staying in touch with his clients, insurance adjusters, and not settling his client’s cases for low offers often made by insurance companies in the early stages of a claim.
Also practicing criminal law
Michael also is a regular in Rhode Island District and Superior Courts where he works closely with the Rhode Island Attorney General’s Department to work out advantageous deals on behalf of criminal defendants. In Rhode Island District Court, Michael also handles landlord tenant matters representing both landlords and tenants.
In terms of domestic issues, Michael has experience working out child custody and divorce agreements in Rhode Island Family Courts that best meet the interests of his clients and their children. Michael strives to facilitate such agreements in as non-hostile and cost-effective manner as possible.
